Tried on line consultation as gave up queueing when waited for half an hour to speak to a receptions. Then was called back a day after the response was promised, but hung up before I had a chance to answer. So phoned the surgery again, and waited SEVENTY FIVE minutes for the receptionist to answer, and her attitude on the phone left me infuriated. I did then get a return call from my GP who was absolutely fine. Something needs to be done about the telephone answering. | ||||||

My interactions with this practice always leave me disappointed, feeling upset and dismissed. Why can't my doctor and the reception staff try to appear even vaguely interested in my call or reason for attending the surgery. Staff should try to have a more professional approach or find another job that they might enjoy, clearly there is something lacking in the leadership or training staff receive at this practice. | ||||||

Reception team are so rude its actually ridiculous. They appear to spend their days being as unhelpful as the possibly can. Request personal information around your ailment then speak at the top of their voices so everybody knows everyone else's business. Entire Admin team inc. the Admin Manager need sacking and start again. | ||||||
