Once you get to see a doctor the service is excellent! My doctor has been kind, courteous, helpful and at no point have I felt rushed. It's the service that I would expect, but that you often don't get. The reception staff and telephone system let this practice down enormously. There is one receptionist in particular who has a very rude manner - and she's been the same every time I've been to the practice. I suspect anyone else reading this will know who I'm referring to. The telephone system is non-sensical - you are typically on hold for 10 minutes before reaching number one in the queue (great, you would think!), however no. Then the phone rings out for another 20 mins or so before either being answered, or you are abruptly cut off (as I have now been on two occasions). |

I had major surgery and got an infection. Was seen by the GP and given medication to treat my issue after major surgery. He was kind and understanding and provided advice on how to get well. Grateful for the care, concerns and treatment I received. Thank you |

I have been with Bird in eye surgery for a few years, I find the staff always very helpful and courteous, it is rare to find a surgery that will do their utmost to help. Thank you for helping to sort out my prescription problem. |
