This surgery is very rarely contactable, I have called over 100 times from the phone line opening time and still not got through. When you are able to get through they have no appointments and can book one for 2 weeks in advance, yeah thanks I will plan my illnesses and condition flareups to suit you shall I? Additionally, I emailed the prescription email address regarding my daughters repeat prescription requesting 2 medications and the MOST important one, a medication for her Heart condition, which was completely ignored, and the Pharmacist even showed the request from the doctor. If it wasn't for the extensive history regarding my daughter and her condition and also the fact we have open access at the local hospital, we would leave this useless practice. | ||||||

Nothing is too much trouble at this surgery, always get an appointment and excellent follow up telephoned ne service. Doesn’t matter which doctor I see they are always considerate kind and caring and explain everything to my satisfaction.
