Prescription ordering is a nightmare at this surgery for some inexplicable reason? The pharmacy blame the surgery and the surgery blame the pharmacy. Items are missing or you are given a completely different item that you did not order - which is potentially dangerous? The prescription items are crammed together on the page without a line space between them which probably causes some of the incompetence as they cannot read their own prescriptions? Noone is responsible and every single time you query the incompetence nothing is ever done. The pharmacy appears just as shambolic and is happy to keep you waiting for over an hour for a prescription that is not going to turn up. Things are so bad I photograph my prescription before submission so I can then produce it in the Surgery/Pharmacy when they give me the wrong/missing items get again. The Practice Manager refuses to provide an email address for complaints despite the Health Secretary telling Surgeries to come into the 21st Century. |
