Have found the receptionists nice to deal with, the main Doctors in the past have been very nice and assuring. But just lately can only get in to see a locum doctor. Much prefer to see a regular doctor from the practice. So might decide to leave, a shame as I prefer a small practice like this. |

Nothing is perfect and the NHS service is under a huge strain. I have worked in the NHS service for thirty years and I can say with some authority that, as a patient/service user, this surgery goes beyond on most occasions. The doctors appointment are easy to navigate online ans I can usually get a same day appointment. Routine visits are harder but, what can they do? perhaps if people didn't miss their appointments and let the surgery know in good time, theses appointments could be recycled, less time to wait. Thank you surgery, keep up the good work. |

Excellent service always given an appointment same day - reception staff very friendly and helpful - GPs very good and give you time to discuss your needs - I was put forward for help screening without even asking and I glad to be given the opportunity |
