Sorry to say but the receptionist on my visit was rude and very unhelpful felt very uncomfortable with her awful attitude. | ||||||

We all know people in the public eye have to put up with abuse at work every day but for the reception staff to be abusive on the phone to old people who have been trying to make an appointment all morning is disgusting.I mother has been in agony for months now with no compassion from anyone at the surgery. The staff should be trained to deal with old people who may sound rather surly but are not being abusive. My mother just wanted to make an appointment which seems to be impossible. She is so upset that the receptionist has no respect for the older generation and this will be taken further. | ||||||
