I urgently need an appointment with the doctor but I work in the evenings so it has to be in the mornings. I called this morning from 8:59am and over the next 20 minutes I made over 200 calls. Eventually someone decided to answer and said there’s only one afternoon appointment. Can book in advance and online services are down. My health is deteriorating. Also had an appointment with the nurse upon registering for 4 weeks in advance and it was cancelled the day before after I booked the time off work to go. Thanks for the great health service.... |

so both my parents need appointments to see the doctor as one suffers from alzheimers and my mum has medical problems as well, with the new system you have to book the appointments online but when you select online registration you cant go any further. so today i have spent 6.5 hours on the phone with no avail to try and get registered to get them appointments. its an absolute shambles especially for older people to be able to do this. |
