They put me on hold more than an hour then disconnected i m very disappointed and feel sad plus its not the first time ???? |

my mother was referred for an urgent ultrasound, there was some confusion with the referral and diagnosis however the supervisor really assisted us- he even rang the ultrasound department himself to check they have received the referral. I did ask to speak to the manager initially but he was on annual leave, never the less the supervisor did an outstanding job. the receptionist also was very polite and professional, she even called us to offer us a cancelled appointment. Overall, over the past few months the surgery and its services have improved - great work from the management team and of course the receptionists. |

I am complaining about the reception staff as they never know whether the manager is on lunch or annual leave and never have any appointments available as I have been trying since Monday they say appointment is 1 time and wrong on system I believe that the only person who does her job is the nurse and I hope they change |
