The surgery used to have friendly receptionists, however, only one of the new receptionist is friendly; one is so rude. Mary the nurse is very caring and takes her time to go through things with you. The Dr also seems to be quite dismissive. Like the patient before me, I would hate to change my surgery as it has been fantastic. It's a shame it seems to be going downhill. | ||||||

Two of the receptionists are so nice, understanding and caring. However, one of the doctors is very dismissive, unempathetic, unsympathetic and always wants to rush through the appointment. The main nurse who's been there the longest is so lovely, reassuring, and ALWAYS explains things thoroughly. As time goes on, it seems like the service quality given is unfortunately decreasing but I hope it improves because I'd hate to change my GP. | ||||||
