    It should not take nearly a month and three attempts to try and get an appointment with my GP just to get some medicines my specialist wants me to trial. Receptionists have no right to scope whether or not I need an appointment. I was on morphine patches for nearly 6 months which were just suddenly stopped with no review. I have emailed the practice and if I don't hear back will be contacting the local authority and commissioner.

    I am in regular contact with Moorfields as my mum has dementia. I have always found them helpful and polite.

    "Your practice has disabled online access" What's that about, and why have we not been told about it? Isn't it an NHS requirement that surgeries provide online services?

    Dear Patient, We did have notice on our online access page explaining that we were undergoing a major IT merger on 23/01/2019 and will not have access to our electronic system from 22/01/2019 1 PM.The Practice will try to minimise disruption through this entire process. Please contact the Surgery to revalidate your online login
