Having booked an appointment to see a doctor about two separate reasons, I wasn’t told I needed a ‘double’ appointment. When I saw the doctor she informed me that she will only see me about one of my problems. The appointment was rushed and I was barely given time to speak. I had waited a month for this appointment and I am very disappointed. I will be looking for another GP practice. I feel the service has gone downhill and it feels like it’s just a matter of the GP getting through as many appointments as possible |

Poor reception system. If you call mid morning there's a wait of 15-30 mins then you are requested to call back in the afternoon - another long wait. Then it's another wait for a doctor to call...... Things could be better organised. Staff are friendly enough but are poorly utilised by the practice. |

Hopeless lack of basic service. Having arranged in person to receive two telephone appts. on two different days (their idea) they failed to call on BOTH occasions. Have now called regarding this and got not one word of an apology but was simply given another - mythical - phone appt. Not holding out much hope that that will happen. Will apologise here if it does occur. |
