The worst doctors surgery going cant get appointments when you do its a telephone appointment after two weeks of waiting then they just want to refer you to hospital which means another long wait waste of time. you could get a robot to do the job better. | ||||||

The receptionists always try and help. The doctor does not wish since covid to do face to face apps even for physio or concerns that need a personal app. Forget to give results or misinform you of results or add ailments to your record in error and just overall poor service to patients who are losing patience. Can't believe they still hide behind covid and don't see patients face to face. Without the support staff this would have been an even lower review they are amazing. Poor care poor communication only interested in business and budgeting and not the personal care of patients very disappointing doctors | ||||||
