used the online booking facility, and the check in at the surgery very easy procedure. I have been with this practice a few years now, luckily I do not need their services too often. I have always got through on the telephone without a problem. Without exception, the administrative and reception staff are polite and helpful. My recent Cervical Screening was carried out by a very friendly nurse and I had been able to make my appointment at a suitable time with only a couple of days wait. A few years ago, when I lost some of my sight suddenly and needed an appointment at a time when the surgery was busier than usual a receptionist took time to listen to me. They promised to call me back and did. They then squeezed me in for an appointment at the end of next day's morning surgery. Keep up the good work.
