since our appointment with you for my dad to tell us that his blood test was clear we have since found not he is pre diabetes . No one reads these So i don't know why I'm bothering. You are a disgrace. You can't do your job properly and have no care for the elderly. Shame on you . | ||||||

My sister and I took my dad to be redressed for a wound and whilst there needed to ask for a urine sample bottle as was advised by our memory clinic nurse to do so as he could see my dad was still at risk of an infection .the reception told me to ask the nurse who was redressing ,the nurse told me the reception can do it and wasn't happy it had been put onto her ,I had to leave my dad with nurse to go back out to ask reception to ask the doctor ,she said "ignore her she can do it "I was at this point not happy and said look Someone please deal with it cos it's really not up to me to go back and forth .my sister then knowing that the doctor was free as a patient just left ,knocked on his door and was called in she explained the situation regarding the memory clinic buy he rudely shered her out .the reception then agreed to fit us in after the next patient .Now my dad is 88 he has been with this Doctor at Dagenham for over 30 years and with the surgery for much longer as was my mum and their children ,when he moved to Hornchurch over 3 years ago my dad had the option to leave or stay but he decided to stay as knowing him ,or so he thought ,so well..But now it's a different story ,lately we have been back and forth these past couple of months for my dad and are prepared to do this but the doctor on Thursday decided he does not want him as a patient anymore ,we said no we are prepared to bring him he said no I am getting rid of patients and I do not want to see him anymore ,my dad was sitting in front of him in a wheelchair he is confused his memory is not as it was and if it was not for his family god knows where he would be treated. He ushered us out waving us backwards ,no no it's my decision and I do not want to see him anymore. .How can he get away with this .!! My dad who has paid his taxes and into the NHS and worked hard from the age of 14 and never asked for anything he is on no disability allowance he has paid his due .how dare you treat my dad this way ..you wanted my dad off your books cos of his age .shame on you .and you haven't heard the last from us . | ||||||

I have been going to this doctor surgery for 29years, when it was under the care of other doctors. In the last five years I have probably used it more then I have ever needed to. In the last three years I have noticed a decline in customer service by the staff. The doctor I see is great and always has time for me, but getting to see him is another experience. I recently started booking appointments on an app, as requested by them. Getting set up was a hassle as the surgery needed to approve me, but they couldn’t as the app wasn’t live yet so couldn’t understand how I found out about it. Maybe it was because you sent an email!! Anyway booked an appointment last night, turn up today to find out it was made in error. The male receptionist treated me like an imbecile and a second class citizen. He was rude, rolled his eyes at me and muttered stuff under his breath. He didn’t offer to help me or anything. I am going to look to go private as I do not feel comfortable going to a surgery where the staff are rude and disrespectful, this is not the first time either. I will be writing a letter of complaint to the doctor against this member of staff. If I never step foot in that place again it will be too soon. | ||||||
