Called At 8.45am with back pain and abdominal pain and was on hold for 2 hours. Ended up cutting the phone off and calling back to get through straight away. Got told there’s no appointments until Wednesday evening and it’ll be over the phone. The receptionist was very rude and didn’t suggest any alternatives for my symptoms. What’s the point in paying your taxes when you can’t even get seen by your own doctor. Disgusting | ||||||

The doctor is rude and has no bedside manner he never examines me and just dismiss you to check your symptoms on google or go to A&E regardless of your complaint. If you express concern of this you are advised to find another surgery? There is clearly no duty of care to patients at any point from anyone in this surgery. | ||||||
