I phoned surgery at 4-30 pm on Tuesday evening to try to make an appointment for next week and was told that the surgery is closed and a follow up message saying the surgery is open until 6-30 on a Tuesday | ||||||

After a very poor recent experience at another surgery I made the decision to register at this Practice last week, and saw a Doctor today.
Firstly thank you for a very smooth and easy registration process, secondly thank you for listening and booking me an appointment to actually see a doctor in person.
Today I saw the doctor who took my case very seriously, read all the history and phoned Basildon hospital personally to get me seen. Further tests are required but I am so very grateful to have been dealt with in a respectful way, and listened to.
From Reception to the actual Doctor himself I was given an exceptional service and I am very grateful for this | ||||||
