We booked appointment online or so we thought,waited for call back to be told we hadn't
booked it online.Was asked to show proof ,when your ill do you really want all this,I think it's about time the practice manager looke at the complaints 1 star reviews what is that telling you ? I think two particular doctors would be devasted to know that their practice has gone down so much.And by the way we did book and used the proper channels.

I was asked to get a diabetic check, having argued over times and dates, because I work in London and rarely get home before 5pm. I finally got an appointment - this was cancelled, then after making another, whilst on Christmas leave, I had a 7.20 phone call to say that my 9am appointment was cancelled again!
this is not good enough - I now have to wait another month to see the diabetic nurse - don't know why i bother, maybe i will just not turn up - | ||||||
