Thank you for seeing me so quickly. The receptionist was very understanding and helpful. I saw a Doctor who explained things very clearly. The care I received was great. |

I have a condition which requires regular blood tests as well as diabetes.I have to say the medical care is very good and caring - both doctors and nurses. The 8.00 problem of trying to make contact with the surgery is a national problem, and the surgery has a hi-tec phone, Messages need to be updated to be more realistic eg, if you phone after 9 a.m you won't get an appointment instead of 11.00. Everybody is expecting a doctor's appointment when there should be other options in the surgery. Not everybody needs t be a doctor - eg nurses and it would be great if the surgery had at least 2 ANP to help with the incoming calls. The management is very much improved over the years and the CQC 'Good' gradings aretheresult |

Spent 1 hour trying for appointment from 8 am. Up til 8.30 message saying all line and staff busy, try later. After 18 attempts and 18th in queue it was 9am and no more available appointments. I was offered a telephone appointment with a practice nurse. However the practice nurse failed to call and I waited by phone until evening. |
