Have a terrible pain in my foot due a lesion and went to see the doctor two months ago. She said she would be referring me to a specialist. Still waiting and I am having to self care to put up with the pain. The surgery needs to shut down and start again. Not the same since Drs Di Monaco and Johal left. The receptionists are also very poor at customer service. You can’t get face to face appointments with your GP when you want and is only available based on her workload schedule. This is not patient care but self preservation. Also not sure where the good reviews come from. Have been with the surgery for over 20 years and it not offering the same level of quality and care we had then. It was 8/10 then and is barely 2/10 now. |

This practice is a mess, staff are rude and unhelpful. I have writtern 4 compliant letters that have made no difference. Once again I find myself needing a face to face appointment today, so I call up and feel relived I am caller no 2 in the que but an hour and 10 mins later I am still in the que but now number 1 what a joke. I called the day before and was 4th in the que for 40 mins and gave up. Even stopped off yesterday at 3pm and they were closed. But opening times on the door says open to 6.30pm. Strange so I check on website which says may close early due to Queens jubilee. But no actual times. How unhelpful is that ? |
