The reception staff is terrible. I call to book emergency appointment and receptionist told me to go pharmacy they can help me. Ridiculous. This happens many time. You complain or given bad feedback but is never acting. Zero progress for better service. |

The reception staff ignores all calls. I calling from 8.00a.m. to book emergency appointment and waiting for 30 minutes in queue, after my call was drop and I need to call again for another 30 minutes. When receptionist responded to me all emergency appointments go’s. This happens always. You never get the same day appointment. The reception staff is not professional, want as quick to cut off the conversation with patients. Told me to follow link to book with push doctors. I done it and the same happen - appointment is not available. Good doctors, but reception service very poor and not respectful. Because of this the GP get bad feedback from patients. |

Some Reception staff are very rude, intimidating . Patients are blocked from accessing GPs face to face and denied the right to reasonable adjustments. Recent reviews have highlighted similar bad behaviours but it seems management are not putting in place structures to monitor staff performance such as telephone reviews or recorded conversations. For how long will patients suffer at hands of non clinical staff???. |
