The receptionists are very rude and lazy. Patients shouldn’t be paying for their unhappiness at work.The main male doctor is awful at anything related to women and children issues.I had to ask him to listen to me a couple of times the other day because he was distracted writing down some notes on the previous patient.I can’t even express how little knowledge they all are on menopause. It’s just insulting and so frustrating | ||||||

Yesterday morning at 8am I telephoned the Surgery .The Receptionist told me that a Doctor would ring me between 9am and 1pm Shortly afterwards I received a text to say that the Doctor would be ringing at 9.05 am which he did. He made an appointment for me to go and see Dr Paska that afternoon at 2.30pm A text was sent to my mobile to remind me. We hear so many stories about the NHS which are not complimentary Yesterday I was extremely satisfied with the way I was treated by everyone I spoke to at Little Park Surgery. Thank you. | ||||||
