I have been with this surgery for many many years and without doubt one Dr is outstanding.
However I cannot get an appointment for two weeks for normal issues, have to call and call and call each morning or afternoon to get an emergency appointment.
For an urgent issue (as in need to speak to the Dr that day) I cannot get an appointment for a week, min. For emergencies this is unacceptable.
The receptionists play god and are nearly always unhelpful.
Don't bother joining this surgery. | ||||||

First of all leave all things the receptionist is so rude.I don't understand what she thinks about herself.She don't know how to talk like I need appointment and when she sending sms on my number , the number was change and she is telling me why I change number in very rude way.And I don't what she thinks about herself. | ||||||

Well what can I say, I was very angry at myself why I didn't leave my old useless GP to join this surgery much earlier and the excellent level of service we experienced in 2 weeks, we would like to cry in joy. The online appointments system is excellent, including repeat prescription requests. The doctors, nurses and reception staff have been excellent so far. My elderly father had some health issues which the old GP refused to refer him to hospital. The GP at this practice referred him within a week and we have a letter from a specialist to see them next month. This GP knew my dad is diabetic and called us to book him in for a diabetes screening. What other GP does this? Usually GPs avoid emails and phone calls and say there are no appointments, this GP calls you to book required appointments and max waiting time for routine appointment is around a week tops, which is not bad compared to todays standard. All I can say is a big thank you to all the staff im this surgery, and I can see my elderly parents will be well looked after. | ||||||
