The stand-out service at this practice is the friendly, patient and professional receptionists. They answer your call promptly and even if they need to keep you on hold for a minute or two you can tell they are trying to get to you as soon as possible. They do their absolute best to get you a suitable appointment and are always very friendly when you attend the practice. They will also give you small pieces of useful advice, e.g. which blood clinics have queues if you don't turn up early.
My regular GP is friendly, personable and appears to genuinely care about my health and my family's health.
The only downside is when you have to see locum GPs, which although it isn't often, they are not as thorough or knowledgeable as the regular staff. | ||||||

We’ve been with this practice me and the family for a couple of years now and our doctor provides an excellent service with a high professionalism and with a smile ??. She is always happy to listen and help and she is very accurate on her diagnosis. | ||||||
