Like previous patients, I was asked to make a telephone appointment after having blood tests done. Over a week later I can neither get a telephone appointment or an e-consult. There is nowhere to go when your online application keeps showing up as complete or you can’t speak to or see a doctor. I am not a regular so I have no choice but to start looking for another doctor despite being with this surgery for over 5 decades! |

Avoid!!! I have asked for the GP appointment and was again ignored by the administrators, who had such an unhappy time of voice, like I was asking them to do something that was not their job.Extremely rude staff and manager doesn’t react to any complaints |

On Monday June 3 i received a text informing me that i had an appointment to see the doctor a few minuted over 24 hours later. The appointment wasn't made by me. Because i have a life like everyone else i require more than 24 hours warning of an approaching appointment . This particular point has been identified by the entire NHS empire except this surgery. One hour after the appointment i never knew i had i received a text informing me that that i was listed as did not attend.. I was also informed in the same text that if i failed to attend two more times i would be fired from the surgery. Because my phone battery was now fully charged i received this text. I rang the surgery and informed them that i never booked an appointment, and that i had no idea i even had one. Every time i pointed out that i never knew i had this appointment and that sending a text 24 hours earlier was a little ridiculous i was repeatedly informed that "we sent you a text". Every time i pointed out that 24 hours warning wasn't enough time i had the same reply "we sent you a text". After hearing this a few times i politely ended the phone call. Now through no fault of my own i have a "did not attend" against my name. |
