I was seen very quickly on a recent emergency .I find the practise professional and accommodating.
I realise that patient VS Doctor interactions are limited in time but I felt all aspects were well covered .There is a professional but cold atmosphere that delivers the patient care one seeks. | ||||||

As a patient of this practise for years, I have seen receptionist attitudes worsen. There is one extremely lovely lady there, however one particular receptionist who seems to think it's ok to talk over you and rush you off the phone needs to find another job since she's extremely bad at this one! I was told that the nature of my concern was not an emergency and I am free to go to emergency or call NHS Direct.... how she made that judgement in not being medically qualified I have no idea! You can never get appointments at this surgery. They ask you to call at 8.00 then when they have no appointments ask you to call at 4pm and still have no appointment! This particular person has an extremely bad attitude and I would name and shame if I could. If you want a routine appointment be prepared to wait at least 2 weeks by which time you probably are in hospital or no longer need it. I would not recommend this surgery | ||||||
