I have never had an issues with Hounslow medical centre , they have always been very helpful , it’s been difficult recently due to the pandemic but they have always tried to fit in appointment via phone or face to face . |

EXEMPLARY CARE AND CONCERN Dr. Ali and Fari Keshavarzi have been very diligent, concerned and amazingly patient, regarding my medical issues. These are qualities, not often found, in today's stressful and demanding times. I am absolutely in awe their unflinching and tireless contributions to humanitarian purposes. I laud their efforts manifold, wanting both of them to be my Lifelong Consultants and Wellness Motivators. Mere words cannot describe my gratitude and thankfulness. |

Receptionists are very rube, specially, one receptionist and one nurse, they both are very rude in behaviour. They act more like a doctor than a receptionists. They have no manner at all. Its very difficult to get an appointmen in this gpt. Every time I tried to make an appointment, could not make one for my suitable time. In two weeks time only one appointment is available online which is very difficult and inconvenient for the people who works 5 days a week. This GP is very bad GP I have ever had one. |
