My recent experience with Dr Shreya was very good, although slightly delayed. She was polite, clear in her explanations and able to answer my queries. The whole interview was relaxed but professional.Came away with a positive experience. |

It's juust over a month since I moved from Enderley Road to ASPRI. Since then I have very good service and none of the delays and unhelpful attitudes I experienced at Enderley road. I've been able to get appointments with the nurse for blood tests and vaccinations without any problems and two appointments with the doctors. Service has been fast and friendly and the treatments prescribed were explained to me and my blood tests explained in detail. V good. |

All receptionist is rude, doctor never give blood test to do just because you want to, or any other test. Only medicine they can prescribe is paracetamol. I must admit that the comments you have made are useful for us to reflect on but i am unable to agree on the contents without full details. For your complaint to be effective, I would hope that you would make an appointment with our Practice Manager and discuss. I am very happy to be part of the discussion. That way we can really make a substantive difference but just making a comment does not help you or us to address the issues properly.
