the receptionist at Shaftesbury surgery on Saturday was amazing , very helpful and polite.premises was clean and very pleasant environment, I saw a doctor as temp patient.Thank you for your help! | ||||||

Put in for a repeat prescription went to chemist not there. Rang doctors to be told i was not issued it. I run out tomorrow what do i do now?.I have had no explanation why waiting for a call. | ||||||

I have been with the surgery past 5 years, and always have left with a positive experience with the doctors and nurses. The reception staff work under pressure but always try to help. I was going on holiday and the receptionist kindly sorted out my prescription last minute.
