For almost 9 months I had been suffering with a blocked ear. Carrying on with work school run, driving. I saw numerous doctors one who made it worse. Thankfully Mital spotted the problem and rectified it straightaway. Thank goodness for Mital I feel almost normal again. | ||||||

I had booked Ear clinic via www.earwaxservices.com at Elliott hall medical centre. I came to have Ear wax removal at the surgery and was served by a young lady Ear practitioner (Mital) who was very polite, explained everything to me .She showed me before and after picture of my ear drum. I suffer a lot from it and needs regularly check up. This session with ear practitioner was the best microsuction treatment I have ever had. | ||||||

The reception staff are absolutely un empathetic and there is no understanding. Chayya in particular incredibly rude ans not willing to listen Had put in a patch request and offered priority appt. The doctor called way after my Appointment time 2.5 hours after, what is the point of giving a time. I work in healthcare eith patients myself and had to be at work later that evening I could not be free for the whole evening for the appt. Appointment was then rebooked and I didn't get the phonecall at the time I made the appointment. Called the practice they told me it was a face to face appt. I requested if the doctor could call me instead and chayya continued to argue wirh me about how a telephone appointment works. Told to put in a new patch request!!!!!!!! What a joke | ||||||
