I am a GP from Birmingham and contacted the surgery about a relative of mine who shall be in the surgery area for a few weeks after an operation. I spoke to a member of staff, who was filling in for the Practice Manager. She was most helpful and polite. Excellent. | ||||||

I have been treated with respect & welcomed every time I have been to the dispensary. overall the reception staff is polite & helpful. I have only dealt with Dr. who is passionate about their profession. I have enjoyed interacting with them & the reception staff. I am blessed with good health, I have visited the dispensary 2-3 times in last 4 years, however my request for refill is very professionally handled. I have been requested to see the doctor before my next prescription is due. I am planning to see Dr in 2 nd week of
Sep't 2017.

Inhumane. Lacking dignity, compassion. They forget or ignore that they are dealing with vulnerable people. Getting through on telephone to speak to a human being is an awful process. Registration can now only be made at Crowshott Avenue, which is difficult with access to car or bus. Unapproachable. | ||||||
