While talking to a receptionist she asked me to hold so she could get my details 'on screen' and she put the phone down. There was no attempt on her part to call me back and was rude when I phoned back and once again she cut me off again. Unfortunately this has not been the first time this has happened to me. | ||||||

Really nice people, genuinely wanting to help. Extremely supportive of my long-term condition and helping me to manage it. And, thanks to them, I don't have skin cancer: the tumour was excised properly with full follow-up. It can sometimes be hard to get through on the phone, but I arrange my repeat prescriptions electronically, sent straight to my local pharmacy, and I can make an appointment online, really easily, whenever is convenient to me, and it's easy to cancel it by text if necessary. | ||||||

I have been at these doctors surgery for over 35 years and seen the worst case of greed ever seen in my life. If they get paid for a service like asthma review they will stop you ordering any medicines till you contact them .Then they say you need to make an appointment for a test .They don't even bother to call you first as to why you need a review so your left in panic that they maybe something wrong with you .No all about the money .As for the smiling hypocrite of the main female doctor don't need to name her everyone know's who i mean smile at you when your at your lowest and say's they's nothing she can do .Finally the reception in maned by wanna be doctor's .When ask why you have phoned they then ask how can they LET ME TALK TO A DOCTOR IF YOU HAVE ANY | ||||||
