Whenever I call up for an appointment, they are dead busy engaged and do not answer the calls so I decided to go and stand and watch when i call in. Their phone doesn’t even ring. This is disgraceful for a public service. Furthermore the Asian ladies that work there are extremely rude and act privileged when they themselves are bad mannered and have zero empathy for patients. This practice will be reported to the GMC. | ||||||

They used to have evening slots for giving injections and now they have stopped them because the Nurse cannot work at those times.They have a 6 week wait for early morning slot (starting at 9:20am). Or you can take half a day off work to see them within 2-3 weeks.This practice apart from looking dated and miserable, also provides 1 hour waiting time from your booked appointment time with the GP. | ||||||

Given the constraints of the NHS, this practice is very good indeed. I have been with the same doctor for the last 30+ years and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. He is professional, clinically excellent and to the point. I honestly fear the day he retires. All the doctors at the Circle practice are excellent. The reception staff and very polite and helpful. I am quite taken aback by some of the comments regarding this, as it has never been my experience. | ||||||
