Really feel the surgery has gone down so much, I know the nhs is struggling, but that’s mainly in the hospitals as I have family in the industry! Everything is a problem and you instantly walk in and feel that your a pain to even be bothering the doctors, I’m not a person that actually goes to the doctors much but I do have 2 small young children and it’s not about giving antibiotics or anything it’s having a kindness when people come and poor there heart out to you about anything big or small. I truly believe if you don’t have good people skills why do this job, I’m a hairdresser and deal with clients all the time who also live in bushey I’m not the only one saying this. Very disappointing, feel it maybe time to change surgery’s but my worry is I’ve lost my confidence in the nhs gps | ||||||

The Doctors and Staff are always very polite and try and go the extra mile to help. This is what I would expect from my Surgery and am happy that they do deliver. | ||||||

The doctors are OK but the reception staff.......totally OFF...... They ignore you when you come into the surgery and they leave you standing in front of the reception like you are invisible.... They clearly know you are there waiting but they just pretend they are soo busy.....and no one looks at you until you make yourself heard.....then they treat you like you are bothering them.... They got pretty much used to patients not coming into the surgery and now they would happily just lock the door forever if they could….. Above all that they are extremely unhelpful…… I used to belong to PIN Medical Centre for 20 years and that was a completely different story, never had problems, unfortunately I moved and this is just HORRIBLE experience each time…..I hope calls are being recorded because I am about to complain to the manager. Also, it is so hard to believe the reviews here are 5*……maybe they write them themselves……you should look at Google reviews……much different story…… | ||||||
