This GP Surgery lacks compassion, empathy, care and most importantly they lack communication. Everything needs an update. |

I am a live-in carer and noticed some red patches on my client's body over the weekend. My client has limited mobility. So, with my client's consent, I took some pictures and sent them to the GP surgery around noon time. Within 2-3 hours, I was informed my client had the 'classic' symptoms of shingles. I would like to say thank you to the surgery and Dr for their speedy response. I was able to collect her medication (on the same) from the pharmacy and administer their first dose without actually taking my client to the Doctor. It is not always easy to get an immediate appointment with GPs and it can be challenging with senior citizens with limited mobility. Keep up the good work. And Big Big Thank You!!! |
