Ok the reality is they specify 2 times to call for appointments then you wait from 30 to 90 minutes on hold on your phone bill to speak to a receptionist. this surgery needs to sort out its phone system and have more people on the phones to deal with calls. It also needs to get out of the government fear mongered we're not do in person appointments just phone calls great if you need to physically see a doctor pleas excuse my language is this surgery good is is heck when you need an appointment go Na go somewhere else. | ||||||

If there was a higher choice than excellent I would choose that. The service and standard of care we get is exceptional. A huge thank you to everyone at all levels . You almost make being ill a pleasure. Thank all a million times | ||||||

The doctors are helpful. I usually have appointment on the same day. The nurses are nice, but... unfortunately I have noticed that the nurses don't wash hands before putting gloves on, and immediately after taking them off. This is a big mistake , they are putting patients at risk. | ||||||
