Sorry no longer up to scratch... Effectively closed down the original Linslade surgery so everybody now needs to go across town to Groveberry road which now cant cope with the number of patients. Getting an appointment is almost impossible and the call queueing system (I have never been less than 18th in the queue sometimes its up to 28-30......) and the constant medication reviews becoming a pain as they prescribed me this medication then seemingly try and stop me getting it when I need it. Reviews sometimes (though not always) take you over the time you run out so youre left with gaps add on loosing blood tests or missing transits requiring retests etc its gets a bit messy at times. I have NOTHING against the staff, they ALL do a great job but the overall product no longer cuts it in a modern NHS I'm afraid.... |

I find the reception staff rude. You find online medication cannot be issued due to review. When you finally get through its a two week wait for it to be reviewed and will not be issued until then. You ask for a message to be passed to a dr and when you start they say I am not passing that on app is needed. Also getting rid of Intergrated Care would be a massive plus. They really do let the surgery down when referred by you. |

Get told to ring in the morning when it opens@ 8 but when you do your lucky to even get through (it took me 10 minutes) and when you do finally get through your put into a queue (number 29 in the call queue) it then took me 40 mins to actually speak to someone to be then told no appointments left and ring back in the morning to then have the same thing happen. I've been directed to try booking an appointment online but that's just as bad as all I've seen was a message saying no appointments available. |
