Ever since the doctor left its gone downhill. They do not care about u even when social care call and tell them ur suicidal. Yet AGAIN fsiled to do home visit. Also cannot prescribe meds correctly or change meds correctly.. half time i have to email very upset to get the slightest recognition from them. |

As a new patient of this clinic, it hasn't been a good start. My previous Doctors Surgery was closed due to government cutbacks. It was very disappointing as I feel the staff were very good and helpful. Anyway, this new Doctors surgery is proving to be disappointing. There are no regular check ups (Blood Pressure checks etc). The receptionist asks repeatedly the description of my medications even though they should be seen in my records. They keep you waiting while on the phone for ages.They just come across a very unhelpful nor demonstrate any customer care. This has now lead me to consider changing surgeries again. We always welcome and appreciate the feedback from our patients as this allows us to look at the opinions from our patient which allows us to make improvements as necessary with the information sourced from our patients. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service you have received from our Practice and specially our reception team as I can assure that all our reception staff are trained to the highest possible service at all times regardless of the situation so I am sorry to hear that these skills were not executed on your visit. We have implemented a new telephone system and have taken on new members of staff to enable to telephones to be answered in a more timely fashion. This is being closely monitored by the new management and appropriate action will be taken if this is not adhered to. |

Rudest GPs (both of the one I have seen).
One doctor - no manners. Wouldn't ask patients to sit down, no eye contact in the whole duration of your appointment (2-5mins). Will ensure you are feeling worse off then when you walked in.
When is the other doctor ever back?
Receptionists aren't too bad. Nurses can do with a bit of training and smile a bit more?
You would probably replay saying "sorry this and that", please don't bother as I am moving with 3 of my family members. All our staff have now undertaken further training in regards to their Customer Service skills including the Clinical staff.
