For a medical centre to only provide 2 times daily you are able to make appointments it becomes a chaotic scramble for all patients. The phones are regularly withheld or engaged with very lacklustre and distinterested staff when you do get through to let you know you have to try again tomorrow. No wonder patients then go to A&E as a last resort. For my granddad today (03/06/19) to be told they have to call back in 30 minutes (12:30) when they know full well that at the time of writing this (1:15pm) he’s as rung 15 times going straight to withheld. How we have this poor an operating system in 2019 is embarrassing. |

Disappointing. It feels over capacity. There are only two good GPS there. If you get an appt, you're lucky. You can never get through via phone. There's no parking which makes it difficult to access at certain times of the day.
Staff are pretty rude on the phone bar one lady.
I feel this is the case for most surgeries now though.
Care for my baby has been great until now.
Midwife was awful and approachable, i believe she has moved though now. |

I had been calling since 8:29 ready for when they open to get an emergency appointment today but after 72 phone calls later they answer to tell me all emergency appointments had gone and when I proceeded to tell them it a suspected kidney infection I was told to ring back at 1 even though 111 had already advised I needed to be seen within the next 2 hours; thankfully 111 have managed to get me booked in somewhere else,
I recommend that more phone lines are added or more Receptionists. |
