Recently moved to the area and was recommended The Walden Dental Clinic by our new neighbours. I must say, what a breath of fresh air. From the moment we stepped into the practice we were welcomed by smiles and politeness by the reception staff, met a wonderful dentist who was kind, explained everything clearly and for the first time, felt involved in the procedures. He gave me all my options and never once did I felt pressurised into anything. My kids also came with me and for the first time left with a smile rather than fear! I couldnt believe that this was a NHS surgery, it felt more like a private practice. From where i moved from, our NHS dental services were dire, dentists horrible and unwelcoming. Thank you all, a wonderful surgery serving the local community.

After suffering with bleeding gums for many years. All the past dentist's I've seen have said there's nothing wrong, it's normal and I just need to keep brushing. I phoned this dentist for a second opinion because I believe I have underlying issues going on. They advised me to come in for a check up and managed to fit me in that same week. The dentist I saw was very polite and made me feel at ease straight away. He did a thorough check up, took x-rays which he showed me and diagnosed me with gum disease. He explained gum disease to me and how to treat it. I'm now booked in to see their hygienist and am so happy that I've finally been told that I do have issues and know how to manage it. Glad I've found a trust worthy dental practice is an understatement.

Very impressed with this dental practice. Woke up with toothache and a swollen face. Rang around many dentist's and this practice was the only one who could see me the same day. The dentist I saw was very professional and gentle which was reassuring as I am a nervous patient. Thank you for seeing me when no one else could.
