I had a physiotherapy staff member who was terrified of dentists. She needed orthodontic treatment and had tried a number of other orthodontists with no success as they didn't understand her fears and worries that started when she was a child needing routine dentistry. The dentist was excellent in understanding her fears etc and managed to achieve fantastic results for my staff member. I cannot thank the dentist enough for all their skill and understanding.
