I would just like to thank the dentist and her dental nurse, and the receptionist that were working last night for my 8pm appointment. As I was lost the receptionist stayed on the phone and gave me directions, I was greeted in a polite and friendly manner. The nurse was excellent and professional throughout, friendly and talkative. The dentist - was also very friendly and put me at ease right away. I was talked through the procedure, extraction for my cracked tooth - I felt comfortable throughout and the dentist and her nurse spent over 25 minutes struggling with my awkwardly cracked tooth. I would highly recommend them to anyone who would like a professional, friendly and efficient appointment.

I had an appointment cancelled by the dentist for my 8 year old son in January by letter requesting I call to make another. I called. No answer. I called-voicemail on-left message. No response. I called-spoke to receptionist-assured someone would pop a new appointment in post. February-letter arrived-can you please ring to make an appointment. I ring and ring every week, sometimes it rings out, sometimes there is a answerphone. Finally-may- I speak to a receptionist. I explain my child has a complicated condition and needs stainless steel crowns and fissure sealant as he has aplastic teeth and I was advised to stick with treatment here, and in the past the treatment has been excellent but the receptionists don't answer phones, listen to messages or get back to patients to my patience is at an all time low. She assures me she will make an appointment and send it out. 4 weeks later-today, still nothing. I ring, I explain, they pass me to someone else who cuts me off. I ring again. Receptionist tells me no appointments and my advice is, I quote" go door to door on the high street dentists until someone can see you-it will probably take a few goes as everyone is too busy". Patronised, awful service-and my 8 year old still needs 4 stainless steel crowns and fissure sealant.
