I have tried to make an appointment by phone and have emailed months ago . The phone message tells you to wait to speak to a receptionist and when it rings you get the same message telling you to hold the line to speak to a receptionist - it's like groundhog day and very annoying. I have been trying on and off since January to make an appointment - good thing it's not an emergency. Last year I recommended you to a friend, who had the same problem, so she now goes to Deddington. You ought to have someone to answer the phone or a better user friendly website for appointments. Not everyone is online so phones are better
