Excellent dentist
The dentist is excellent. He have been looking after me and I have full confident in him. All the staffs is very helpful and friendly. |

The dentist did a very cursory look at my teeth which must have took all of 30 seconds. My partner felt they had the same experience. I know its basic care being NHS but absolutely no value in this visit. I have been coming here a number of years but the service gets worse each visit. I think I will look elsewhere. |

As a family, we have been to this practice 3 times and every time we have had a bad experience with the dentist. We have now decided not to go back.
I have never met a dentist who is so rude and incompetent in dealing with patients. At the first appointment they broke my partner's tooth. He did go back and was told that it was not their fault, but we still find it rather odd that the tooth broke right after coming back from the dentist and he hasn't had that problem at any other time ever.
When I went on a separate appointment, this dentist had to go and move their car, which meant that my appointment was delayed by a good 20 minutes. They never apologised and found it perfectly normal that I sat there waiting for them.
On the last appointment, I was 15 minutes late myself for which I apologised - the parking at this practice is an absolute nightmare. There is a paid car park nearby, but it is often full.
When I got into the chair, I was addressed with a condescending and plain rude attitude. When I showed I wasn't impressed by their attitude, instead of apologising or changing it, they laughed at their dental assistant. This is the moment that I got up, left and asked my money back for the treatment downstairs.
I have never had any problems with any of the dentists I have visited in the past. This dentist may have the papers to work as a dentist, but they have zero understanding on how to act professionally and provide a good service to their patients. One would expect Genix to provide training and quality checks to get this right.
Stay away from Genix or at least from this dentist. Reply from Genix Healthcare Cirencester Fri, 08 Dec 2017 14:54:31 Z Dear Patient, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
