St. Mary’s Nursing Home is a designated residential centre is a for older people situated close to Galway city. It is registered to accommodate 62 people, consisting of 60 single bedrooms and one twin bedroom. There is a variety of communal rooms for residents’ use with sitting, dining and recreational facilities.
St. Mary’s is fitted to a very high specification. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and there are rooms to enjoy a get together, activities or some quiet reflection time. Wonderful home-cooked meals are provided, with plenty of choice, and all special dietary requirements are catered for. There is an enclosed garden where residents can enjoy the outdoors.
The dedicated and committed management and staff provide care to residents with conditions that affect their physical and psychological function. Our fully trained, compassionate staff are here to care and make a difference to the lives of our residents.
