Welcome to Clipstone Hall and Lodge, located in the small mining village of Clipstone. This purpose-built home is situated in the shadow of the Grade II listed colliery headstocks and just a short drive from Mansfield.
Each of our 90 ensuite bedrooms is furnished to a high standard offering Residents the chance to enjoy comfort and tranquillity. At Clipstone Hall and Lodge providing independence and choice is very important – One reason we try and encourage residents to personalise their rooms with their own belongings to help them feel at home.

Dec 27 2013 I cannot praise this home highly enough, for the past year and a half my 98 year old Mum has been a resident suffering with dimentia. The staff are welcoming and friendly, the home is clean and well maintained, the rooms are larger than at some homes I looked at with onsuite facilities. The Kitchen is clean and the food is excellent indeed residents relatives may participate at mealtimes if they wish. There are a wide range of activities for those residents that want to take part although this is not forced on them, they can remain in their rooms if they want. A comprehensive Care Plan is created for each resident which is accessible to be inspected at any time. While maintaining a professional atitude to their work it is evident that all the staff really get attached to the residents in their care. This home is like living in a 5star hotel with 24 hour nursing care, I would not hesitate to sign myself in when the time comes that I am unable to care for myself.
