Nether Place is a traditional stone building which retains many of its period features alongside a newer extension. It is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of Keswick. Accommodation is over two floors, served by one passenger lift. There are three lounges and a conservatory for shared use as well as a seating areas in the large entrance hall. There is a well-kept garden with views over the Lakeland fells.

Sep 19 2017 Staff are hardworking and supportive but the manager is un-cooperative and quite vain in their attitude (they lives on-site in a portacabin). The manager is also unsympathetic to the distress of myself when I asked to see them regarding my Mum who is ultimately in their care..and some serious concerns...I have recorded conversations on my S8 phone for evidence. I am constantly having to ask for my Mom to be cleaned/changed plus am constantly cleaning her room/effects.
