From the moment of arrival until I left every single member of the Medical team, Administration,Catering Departments were simply fantastic. I cannot thank them enough for making my stay so comfortable. I was scared stiff but was put at ease as soon as I arrived, a Huge Thank You

Jul 6 2022 Was offered 2 dates for surgery during a 2 week period which were impossible for me. Refusal of 2 dates means you are discharged and have to go back to your GP. I am devastated and felt that no compassion was offered . There was no cancellations list. Just 4 weeks later and I could have accepted the date.

Aug 29 2023 Today my operation was cancelled for the 5th time . This time the cancelled after pre op checks . I now have muscle wastage ,where I have had to wait so long for an operation that is not happening
