I FIND THIS PHARMACY VERY HELPFUL,ANY ISSUES I'VE HAD HAVE BEEN DEALT WITH EFFICIANTLY AND PROMPTLY. STAFF ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY REGARDLESS OF PRESSURES AND EVEN WHEN BUSY. IT WOULD BE BETTER TO HAVE SAME STAFF DAILY BUT KNOW HOW DIFFICULT THIS IS,AND WOULD LIKE TO OPEN TILL 7PM. THEY ALSO OPEN SATURDAY WHICH IS A BONUS,OVERALL I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PHARMACY AS A LONG TERM USER AND GETTING REGULAR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS I'M SATISFIED,ALSO PHARMACY IS VERY CLEAN | ||||||

Good pharmacist, staff are friendly and helpful. I have been in for general advice and received helpful information. My GP sends my repeat prescriptions through so it is very convenient being on my doorstep. | ||||||

They are regularly late with my husbands prescription so he misses 2 doses on a Monday morning. I recently ordered some medication early to be ready for the 23rd June as we were going away on the 24th. We ordered it weeks in advance to give plenty of notice. They denied being told that date and it wasn't ready. They told us we had got it wrong and we hadn't ordered in advance. They told us it would be ready on the 25th in the evening. Do not go here. The staff are rude and one member of staff had me on tears on the phone when I was ordering my husbands medication. | ||||||
