I would like to let you know of the excellent service I have received from Louise on a number of occasions using the pharmacy service. Louise has gone above and beyond her role by persevering with texts and phone calls to inform me that my prescriptions are ready. I have also found Louise's very caring manner an absolute tonic during this difficult time for me. I do hope you can continue to keep Louis at your pharmacy as she is likely to be poached by others! Unfortunately the manager of the pharmacy was not present today as he was setting up a new, much needed pharmacy outlet in Southampton. I would have liked to personally speak to him and let him know that in recruiting staff like Louise, he is creating a very positive experience at a time that can be very stressful for people. I will recommend your pharmacy to others as my experience of Boots has not been positive. This was mainly due to lack of social skills of their staff. Not all of course, but one or two in particular. We have had absolutely excellent help this week from Becca at Witterings pharmacy with regards to dispensing prescriptions for my 97 year old mother in law- so refreshing to find such an efficient set up with nothing too much trouble for them.
