Long waiting times to then be told prescription had been dispensed but they couldn't find it! It would now have to be re-dispensed , a review and overall wouldn't go amiss as this isn't the first time and looking through numerous boxes on the floor and inadequate shelving storage isn't productive or a good use of time, 25 minute wait to be told this, not acceptable!
